I started this adventure when I got my first professional tattoo at Louie Lombie's Tattoo Paradise in Lake Worth, Florida. After that you couldn't get me out of that shop. Louie even had to kick me out on a few occasions because I would just hang out when I wasn't getting any work done. Eventually they got used to me and I became great friends with everyone there. Robert Balter, Kevin Buckstrup and Louie and Ed Lombi have become great friends and mentors over the last 15 years. Robert Balter helped me get my foot in the door and in 1994 I moved to Hendersonville,NC to start my apprenticeship at Point Blank Tattoo where I would work with the likes of Ray Alexander and Rodney Raines. After 5 years there I moved down the road to help run California Ralph's Hendersonville shop. And after a fire in the restaurant next door destroyed the building, I started my own studio and haven't looked back. We seriously have the best clientel in the world. We've built some great friendships over the years and I thank all our friends and family because without them all this would not be possible. I also want to thank the two reasons I get up each morning, my two sons..the real Two Kings.
