10 Thousand Foxes Tattoo's own @TOC_TATTOO does it AGAIN! He took home not one but FIVE awards; - 1st Place: Best Large Japanese, Black/Grey Sleeve, & Best Freehand.  2nd Place: Small Neo-Traditional, & Best Large Japanese.
