This tattoo is representational of the most absolute forms of greed that a human is able to transform into. It is called a windego in my culture which translates to cannibal kind. These people are consumed with the desire of greed to the point that they eat the flesh all around thier lips as far as they can chew. They have ice cold breath because life has left them and has been replaced with this hunger for flesh.
