This is the first phase of a piece that will extend this quarter-sleeve into the shoulder blade and chest. The knotwork is of a stag and is referenced from a church door in Ireland. As the piece continues. knots will wind up over the shoulder and fade into wispy cloud-like knots that float behind the two ravens on the shouldr blade. As the knots advance to the chest, they will wind around a salmon leaping from water.
