Skeleton Man has been tattooing in Witney since 2007. His studio, Skeleton Man Tattoo is a low key off the high street studio which now features Mr. Matt Peers and soon to join Liam saunders. Since day one tattooing whatever comes through the door, Skeleton Man has a good understanding for most styles. Predominately influenced by Japanese and western traditional styles, Skeleton Man is open to anything that stands a chance of lasting the test of time.
