The people of Colorado really love their state. I get so many requests for floral work representing our state, but I keep those projects limited. As with anything, doing  the same subject matter often can make one feel a little bit burnt out, when I feel there is so much more subject matter out there to tattoo. But this one was a fun memorial piece as well, with the butterflies. And I love Indian Paint Brushes.
