My client wanted a Mandarin Duck and a Hummingbird to represent his parents in a delicate watercolor style.

He loved the final piece, and I loved how soft and bright the colors stayed long after this piece was healed. 

I very much love and enjoy doing watercolor style tattoos, especially when my clients give me full artistic creativity with their designs.

Some interesting facts about Mardarin Ducks, they are known as one of the most beautiful and the most colorful birds. Their plumage is combination of white, black, grey, creamy, orange and green colors. Beak is red with white tip. Males can be easily distinguished from females because they are more brightly colored.
