Off the Map Tattoo Press Release: Gulf Coast Charity Day August 8th!

Off the Map Tattoo is going to be holding a Benefit On August 8th for the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana. The Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana (CRCL) is a non-profit organization that has been working for over 20 years to restore and protect a sustainable coastal Louisiana.

In response to the BP Oil Spill, CRCL is recruiting and mobilizing teams of volunteers to help with coastal restoration and oil spill recovery. CRCL is also working with Federal and State partners to obtain the necessary funding and attention required for the restoration and protection of Louisiana’s fragile coast. Off The Map Tattoo will be offering people over 18 with a valid, government issued photo ID the opportunity to get one (or more!) of a number of small original tattoos created by our artists inspired by the BP gulf oil disaster as well as environmental preservation in general. Tattoos will be offered for a $50 minimum donation. There will also be a collaborative print available for sale and a silent auction for the original art piece as well as the original flash sheets made by our artists. We will be donating 100% of the proceeds to the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana.
