Death, the Grim Reaper beckons the living to join him in the realm of the afterlife.  This is a black and gray tattoo on the left arm.  The tattoo is approximately half sleeve size.  On the inside of my client's arm is Death's other hand, showing his newest companion that their time will soon be up.  The concept was concieved by my client and symbolizes that death comes for us all, and our time is limited.
