Ron accidentally fell in love with the Tattoo Industry after bringing in a drawing he’d put together for a particular tattoo he wanted done. Ron was always an artist of sorts, heavily influenced by Japanese Anime and other artists such as Gunner, and when he brought in this drawing it was good enough that the Tattoo Artists didn’t believe that he’d really drawn it out from scratch. So while sitting in the middle of a Tattoo Shop Ron continued sketching out examples of his work, and after finally getting the Tattoo he wanted, was invited to come back and essentially learn the trade step by step. Ron ‘rode the wave’ and continued coming back to the shop, learning what he could as he began an apprenticeship there, eventually learning enough to move out and be taught various skills and techniques in other shops. It’s a trade that he went with and aimed to excel in ever since, tattooing professionally for 3 years and developed a style in preference to very colorful pieces as well as Neo-Traditional artwork.
