Born ’73 in Peebles, Scotland. Based in Edinburgh Scotland I am a Scottish Tattooer who performs purely custom work. My father and his father were both mercenaries. Perhaps that is why I am now a tattooer.

I've have a BA Honours in Illustration from Leeds Metropolitan University. I worked for British Steel as a Welding Engineer before being made redundant.

I care deeply about the work I do and place particular emphasis on HYGIENE. I moved from Scotland to SF CA then south to LA, working in games software for a time.. Following that I rediscovered tattooing. I taught myself in the worst way imaginable and have fought for everything I've learnt & unlearnt.

I also work in Graphic Design, having worked for the UN, Warner Bros and more recently, Frankly Darling, a haute couture lingerie line whose tattooed lingerie is on sale in Harrods London and Henry Bendelles NYC.

I still have a base in LA but spend most of my time in Scotland. I own 119 TATTOO, Galashiels est 2000 and OTT, Edinburgh, Scotland est 2006. I work Mon-Tue in 119 and Weds thru Sun at OTT.

I am a muay thai fighter and weightlifter. I have powerful deadlifts, rows and weighted dips. I have no interest in drugs or booze, unlike the rest of the Scottish population.

The only thing that keeps me interested in life is performing custom work. I heavy coverage, flowers and lots of heavy metal.
