My name is Galen Luker. I am 33 years old. I have been tattooing for approximately 10 years with the last two years being my full time career in a shop. I have been an artist since I can remember, mainly drawing. These days I have started oil painting as well which teaches me many new things to use in tattooing and vice versa I would say I specialize in realistic tattooing. I have always been into realism. I learned to draw by doing portraits and pin up girls and became interested in tattooing by seeing how the industry had moved towards realism in a lot of the artwork. I can tattoo pretty much anything I have a photo of but prefer to be creative when designing tattoos and enjoy when a client gives me the freedom to turn a mediocre idea into something people won't soon forget after seeing it. I see a lot of people walking around with tattoos today that I am unipressed by and believe a lot of people don't realize how good their tattoos can look if they find the right artist. I will never claim to be the best but can gaurantee that someone will get my best when they come to me to allow me to put something permanent on their body. I believe it is a privelage to be able to put something on someone's body which thay will carry with them for their whole life. I hope to leave my mark when all is said and done by the artwork I create. I don't expect anyone to get ALL of their tattoos by me but I do HOPE you get at least one!
