Dimas was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Bradenton, Florida. He received a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from Ringling College of Art & Design in 2001. Dimas especially loves collaborating with clients to design creative, custom tattoos of an illustrative nature, telling a story or expressing some kind of emotion. His background before tattooing was as an illustrator and painter, so his approach to tattoo design is often more narrative and painterly. Dimas enjoys most art and tattoo styles, but is particularly inspired by projects involving people, animals, or Biblical imagery. Dimas does custom tattoos at Oddity Tattoo Studio & Gallery on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. He is married to the most beautiful and talented tattoo artist he knows, and he helps raise two brilliantly gifted future tattoo artists, currently perfecting their crafts with crayons and markers. Dimas and his family love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ!
