email this page to a friend The Praying Mantis tattoo is a symbol of his daughter. When his wife was pregnant she felt sick so they went to the hospital thinking the worst. While waiting to see the Dr. they noticed a Praying Mantis on the window of the 4th floor, which seemed odd since it was during the winter. The doctor told them they were going to loose the baby. The next day they went to a different Dr. who said the baby was fine. They saw the mantis as a sign. His daughter's name and wife's initial are carved in the branch. This piece is also a cover up of a 17 year old alien tattoo, and the first tattoo I started and finished with the neuma tattoo machines. |
