True Self began its life as Body Graphics North, an offshoot of Body Graphics in CT. From the day the studio opened, it hosted some of the area's most talented artists. After two years of growth and progression, the studio was purchased by Dan Soule, who worked at the studio almost the entire time it was open. Then in October of 2003, Dan's vision finally materialized and True Self opened for business. Although the studio still resembles many of the traits of it's mother studio, Dan has taken True Self into a beautiful new direction. True Self offers a variety of styles and designs. The staff prides themselves on using their own unique skills to design amazing custom tattoos to suit anyone's taste. As you browse through the tattoo galleries, you will find each artist to have a particular specialty, however, the entire crew strives to put put their very best into any style.
